Powerica to set up 16.5 MW wind power project at Thirunelveli district in Tamil Nadu. The project involves setting up of 10 units of Vestas V82 wind turbine generators totalling 16.5 MW. The site work had started in July 2009 and is likely to be completed in early 2010
