Tiruppur Smart City Ltd is planning to set up a 4.8 MW solar power plant in Iduvai village in Tiruppur town in Erode district of Tamil Nadu. The company has invited bids in January 2019 to implement the project. The scope of work involves design, supply, installation and commissioning of solar power plant. The project cost is estimated at ₹ 270 million.
