Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) is planning to set up a lube complex in Amullavoyall and Vaikkadu villages near Manali in north Chennai in Tamil Nadu. In Feb 2021, the company has invited bids to develop the project.
The scope of work includes design, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of civil, electrical, CCTV & access control, firefighting, HVAC & LAB equipment works including comprehensive AMC for five years for setting up lube complex. The project cost is estimated at ₹ 564.29 crore with completion period of the project is expected at 16 months from zero date.
